Raspbery Delight recipe from a 1963 Northern Irish recipe leaflet promoting Northern Irish milk, butter and eggs.
- 1 tin raspberries
- block dairy ice cream
- 1 raspberry jelly
- 140 ml / 1/4 pt. whipping cream
Dissolve jelly in 185ml / 1/3 pint liquid- i.e. fruit juice made up with water. Cut ice cream into dissolved jelly until smooth. Pour jelly onto raspberries in a dish. Decorate with whipped cream and raspberries.
