Make this delicious mixed berry bread with frozen or fresh berries. I always keep mixed berries in the freezer for smoothies and bread recipes such as this. Make sure the berries are fully defrosted in advance of making your bread.
This bread slices beautifully into really thin slices the day after it’s made, though it slices fine when it’s just made too.
If you’ve any left after a couple of days, store in a covered container or freezer bag in the fridge. If you’ve any left when it eventually begins to dry out, try this mixed berry bread toasted and served with Earl Grey tea. Delicious!
