Chocolate and pear overnight oats are simply made with chocolate milk, grated pears and a couple of tablespoons of oats. Ground nuts can be added too if liked.
This is a particularly good recipe if you’re stuck with those pears you can sometimes buy in the supermarket which no matter how long they sit, never fully ripen. In fact, those kind of pears are better for this recipe, as if pears are too soft this recipe could turn out a little bit mushy.
Serve your chocolate and pear overnight oats with a little pineapple, raspberries, almonds are anything else that pairs well with fresh pears such as honey, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, cranberries, plums, cinnamon, mint, maple syrup or walnuts.
