This is my all-time-favourite sweet treat, and it’s the healthiest too. Carrot bread full of juicy raisins, healthy seeds, sweet grated carrots, a little honey and ground cinnamon – healthier than cake, yet just as nice in its own way. The carrots are naturally sweet, and apart from a little honey, there’s no need for any added sugar in this bread.
