Grilled Grapefruit with Gin or Sherry
Gin or sherry
Cut grapefruits in half and loosen segments with a knife.
Put one tablespoon of brown sugar on each half and sprinkle with approx. 1-2 tablespoons of gin or sherry.
Grill until sugar caramelises on top of grapefruit halves.
