Everyone has their own version of how to make fried rice. This is the way the Benedictine Sisters of Peking made theirs.
To this basic recipe they suggested adding the following variations:
- 2 cups chopped cooked meat (bacon, ham, shrimp, leftovers)
- green peppers, chopped
- or peanuts, shelled and roasted
