Simple cucumber salad with yogurt and finely chopped dill, chives or spring onions. Allow for one hour sitting time. Serves 4.
Delicious with hot or cold grilled meats.
Cucumber Salad with Yogurt
500 ml natural yogurt
Finely chopped dill, chives or spring onions
Wash and dice or peel cucumber.
Sprinkle with salt and leave slices between two plates for one hour.
Drain liquid from slices.
Add yogurt and decorate with chopped dill, chives or spring onions.
Serve in a decorative glass bowl.
