Beef Bouillon potatoes are a very simple way of cooking potatoes that’s healthy and packed with flavour. They remind me a bit of the taste of flamed steak flavour crisps, without any of the fat content that scares me away from eating too many crisps.
It’s a healthy method of cooking that preserves the nutrients that would normally be boiled away in cooking water.
Serve with any main course dish that you would normally serve potatoes with. Sprinkle with fresh or dried parsley, or leave them just as they are.
Beef bouillon potatoes can be made with peeled fresh potatoes or canned new potatoes. They are a great way to add flavour to canned potatoes, which can otherwise taste a little bit commercial and ready-made.
